Service Fees
The rates which follow are for handling of your matter by a licensed attorney who is skilled in their trade. Many of our services are offered for a flat fee to provide an accurate estimate of cost for your legal matter. Hourly rates are assessed for services that are difficult to predict how much time may be involved such as contract negotiations and litigation. An estimate of time involved for hourly services will be provided at the onset of our representation.
We will do our very best to estimate the cost involved with handling your legal matter at our initial consultation so you know what to expect before committing to our representation.
Please note, fees may vary due to changes in government fees and other factors. We reserve the right to modify fees as needed and without notice. All fees are shown in U.S. dollars.
